Friday 30th October 11am - 12.30pm on ZOOM
In this online workshop with embroidery artist Jessica Grady you will create your own floral hand embellished and embroidered design - which you can frame up within a wooden embroidery hoop.
As well as traditional textile materials Jessica will also show you techniques for incorporating recycled and unusual materials such as garden wire, wrapping ribbon and plastic waste into your design. Jessica will show you how to cut and create your own petals and floral vines for adding into your design and how to attach these to the fabric with decorative embroidery stitches.
