We are here to help you buy art with confidence. We appreciate that buying art online can be daunting which is why we offer a (7) Seven-Day Money Back Guarantee on works purchased sight-unseen.
You may buy from our online art gallery, live with your chosen artwork for one week, and if you are not entirely happy - return it to us in the same condition it arrived and you will be fully refunded for the artwork *(this is not applicable for commissioned artworks or photographic works).
You must ensure that the artwork is securely packaged for return shipping**. We will not accept returned items from customers, that have been damaged in transit to the gallery, due to insufficient packaging. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Acceptance of returns outside of the 7-day time frame will be at the discretion of Queen Street Gallery.
*This is not applicable for commissions or photographic works.
**Client is liable for the cost of the return shipping.
To initiate a return, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your artwork and include the following information:
-The title of the piece
-The date of purchase
-The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable)
-The reason for requesting a return
-If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.
Your refund will be processed when the return has been received.
