Scott Keenan is a freelance illustrator and artist based in a small village within the South Wales Valleys.

Driven by a passion for storytelling, his work often explores narrative themes, with a particular interest in reimagining familiar stories, classic fairy tales, and folklore. His inspiration is deeply rooted in medieval and Renaissance imagery, which adds a timeless and mystical quality to his work.

Primarily working with pencil, ink, and watercolors, Scott creates illustrations that blend traditional techniques with a personal touch. He is also eager to experiment with new mediums and methods, continuously seeking fresh ways to express his artistic vision.

A graduate of Cardiff School of Art & Design, Scott earned a First Class BA (Hons) in Illustration. His work has been exhibited widely, and he currently serves as gallery manager for Queen Street Gallery. In addition, he contributes to the creative community through design work for The Neath Arts Festival and other projects.
