Dear artists, friends and colleagues,
We are very sorry to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to postpone the auction this Sunday in aid of the Red Cross Gaza Appeal.
Instead, we will exhibit the auction work at Queen Street Gallery Neath in January 2026, from Saturday 10th to Saturday 31st, with the auction itself taking place after that. More details to come soon.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused but we think that exhibiting the work at the gallery for a month beforehand will benefit the auction over all and will help us to raise as much as possible for this cause.
We would like to thank you again for your kind donations and apologies again for the inconvenience caused.
Thank you
Queen Street Gallery

This was a thoughtful and clearly written update, and I appreciate how sensitively the situation was handled while explaining the reasons behind the postponement. The context you provided made it much easier to understand the broader impact on artists and supporters. I recently read a similarly well-structured explanation on a review blog connected to community services like https://grandoaksorthodontics.com/, and it reinforced how clear communication really matters in times like these. Thank you for keeping readers informed with such care and transparency.
The explanation of the postponement was respectful, thoughtful, and easy to follow. I was reminded of a similar reflective discussion I read on a https://www.phonydiploma.com/ review blog, where tone and clarity played a crucial role in conveying difficult updates. This post handles the situation with care and professionalism.
It is a very wise decision to give people the opportunity to view the works in the gallery for an entire month. A live exhibition will definitely attract more attention and help raise a significantly larger amount than a quick auction, so it is worth it. Good things take time. While we wait for January, I will fill the gaps by supporting local sports, which are also going through an important period of unity right now https://eiha.co.uk/nihl-n2-laidler-conference/ . See you at Queen Street Gallery in 2026!
Loved this artist spotlight. The background and creative insight added real depth to the artwork. It’s always great to learn more about the person behind the pieces. I came across a comparable artist feature on an adopthelp https://www.adopthelp.com review blog that also highlighted creative journeys.
