Gelli print onto fabric using your own handmade stencils! 
A two day workshop with Creatrix* Rosemary Buswell.
 
In this two day workshop we will first make a variety of unique stencils using a glue gun!  We will then use the stencils in conjunction with a Gelli plate to create images and designs on both fabric, for use in Textiles, and on Paper for Collage.  The possibilities are infinite, I now use Gelli prints constantly in my work.  Alongside the stencils, we will also use a variety of other materials on the Gelli plate, including fresh plant matter, string, stamps, etc., It’s easy, the results are surprising and it is a lot of fun!  All resources will be provided, and the sessions will also include tea and cake!  
 
About Rosie
I graduated from MMU with a BA (Hons.) in Weave, and an MA in Textiles. I have taught Textiles, Art and Colour Theory in Singapore, France and the UK, and given workshops in many different creative disciplines.  I am a working artist, and have exhibited widely.  My work is in private collections and museums worldwide.  After 36 years living overseas, we returned to the UK, and now live in Bath.
