After the Romans and Plein Air Exhibition Opening

Join us for the opening of 'After the Romans' our themed exhibition for this year's Neath Arts Festival. We've had wonderful and creative entries for this exhibition and artists have really stretched their imaginations.

The opening will feature music from DJ Chronic. Jonathan Green (DJ Chronic) is providing a Roman styled musical accompaniment to the exhibition. Utilising vinyl records, CDs and effects he will be combining and blending film soundtracks, modern interpretations of Roman music and fantasy sounds to create a soundscape of Roman ambience.

The show opens on Saturday 3rd October at 2pm and will run until Saturday 31st October.

Also opening on Saturday 3rd October is our Porthcawl En Plein Air Exhibition. The show features artwork that was created by artists during our en plein air weekend in Porthcawl last month. Artists captured various scenes of the Porthcawl landscape in various mediums and styles creating a nice variation for the exhibition.
