Watercolour Workshop with Peter Cronin RSMA
Welsh expert on 'Watercolour Challenge'
Thursday 12th November
10am to 3pm
 
Suitable for those with some experience in watercolour. 
 
Materials needed for the course:
 
1 large Squirrel mop brush (for larger washes), 
2 Round brushes – size 8 and size 14,  
3 A rigger brush.
 
Watercolour paints :
No special colours are required, just bring your normal pallet.
 
Watercolour paper:
Good Quality  rough Watercolour paper  - 1/4”  imperial size - 140lb (300gsm) is preferable
 
Please bring the following :-
Masking tape, & board to hold your paper. Palette, Paper tissue or toilet roll,  water pot.
 
2b pencil, Masking fluid and applicator (optional)
 
Peter will provide the reference for this workshop
 
What artists can expect from the workshop 
 
We shall paint a full, simple scene, using the overall wash method. Peter will demonstrate each stage of the painting process and you will have time to complete each stage prior to moving on to the next.
