ART Textiles Made in Britain: Flight

Opening Saturday 5th September, 2pm
Art Textiles: Made in Britain are a group of textile artists from around the UK. Formed in 2013 with the aim to promote British art textiles, to introduce them to new audience, and to continually explore new and vibrant work both as individuals and as a group.

What Shapes the Land
Exploring the unexpected beauty of post-industrial Wales
September 5th - 26th
Opening Saturday 5th September, 2pm
"I have had a longstanding fascination with the Welsh landscape, since first visiting as a teenager. I am equally inspired by the industrial past of the south Wales valleys, quarries within Bannau Brycheiniog National Park or the slate mines of north Wales. My work also draws inspiration from visits to UK coastlines in Pembrokeshire and beyond."
Porthcawl Plein Air
Thanks you to all the artists who took part in our plein air event in Porthcawl this past weekend. We had a lovely time despite the weather!
Work from the event will be exhibited at the galleyr in October.

We are extending the deadline for our After the Romans Call for Art
We’ve had lovely entries so far and if you are currently working on something there is now more time to enter.

Call Out: Noir
We’d like to invite artists to submit artwork to our Noir exhibition with artwork featuring a high contrast, minimal colour palette with black (noir) being the prominent colour.
Entry Fee: £15 per artwork
Submission Deadline: Sunday 4th October 2026.
Call Out: Pantomime
A call for art based on the theme ‘Pantomime’ to celebrate the traditional Christmas treat.
