To celebrate the new exhibition ‘Cast Into Neath’ there will be a free Poetry Workshop with Rebecca Lowe, inviting people to write poetry in response to artwork - ekphrastic poetry. We will look at some famous ekphrastic poems and then have a go at writing some of our own!
10.30 - 12.30pm - Poetry workshop and writing
12.30pm - 1.00pm - Lunch
1.30pm - 3.30pm - Live poetry performances by workshop attendees and invited poets, music from Gareth Joseph, plus open mic (limited spaces).
The workshop and performances are open to all. Please let me know if you intend on joining us, so I have an idea of numbers.
