PRANA

Prana loosely translates as life-force energy and these paintings are my response to living in rural mid-wales surrounded by abundant nature.   

 

My studio  is set amidst wild gardens, overgrown ponds full of life and breath-taking views of the Cambrian mountains.   

 

Prana is about breathing deeply and mindfully, creative wellbeing, meditation, being in the moment  and painting feelings.
